What a lovely experience it is to walk into herbally grounded. I had the pleasure to stumble upon the store with my partner jaelan and we had a lovely time. The employees there truly care and it is felt through out the whole time being there. A herbal and health sanctuary for Henderson and anyone who feels pulled to caring for their spirits and body. Olga and harmony were incredibly helpful at guiding us through the store and checkout, making sure we found what we needed. And finally, Jo will be an excellent light in guiding you to find and understand the herbs you are seeking and choosing to add to your routine as your health ally. If you are seeking to better yourself and are seeking for a herb sanctuary that guides you through it. Herbally grounded is the place for you ❤️ From Lesley and Jaelan 🤭🐒🫶🏾

I have been shopping at this store since 2024 and have always loved the product selection, but my last two visits have been disappointing. The customer service has declined significantly from the warm, welcoming atmosphere I used to experience. Additionally, after my last visit, I discovered that one of the cookies I purchased had expired a week prior, and another had expired back in May. I chose not to drive back to the store, but expired products should never be left on the shelves for customers to buy.

Joe, Gia, and Olga were all great. With me coming in 10mins before closing, they were all still so nice and made sure to take care and answer all of my needs. The ladies are very knowledgeable and made my experience worth the trip up!

I was absolutely captured and welcomed by the warmth and kindness of Jo and Harmony today. Along with some other customers I had the privilege of talking to. What an amazing experience. With a phenomenal selection of a wide range of herbs, vitamins, minerals ,nutrients, jewelry, stones, and DIY products, it was hard not to browse through every section! So grateful to have been led to this business and I look forward to coming again soon! Thank you so much.

I been going through menopause for a while, l felt extremely exhausted couldn't sleep. I decided to go to the store Herblly Grounded on Eastern where I met JERICA. I told her about my symptoms. JERICA is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, she recommended REPLENISH and HERB FUEL. I been taking those supplaments for 16 days now and I feel the difference, I can actually fall asleep and not weak up every hour, I sleep all night, waking up in the morning and rested. This is only beginning I can imagine how I will feel when more time passes. Every time when I go back to the store I will ask for JERICA'S help. Thank you for being amazing!!
